Acrylic nails or Regular French Mani?

Well this is my senior year, and i do want to look best for the dances. My question is; does acrylic nails look a lot better than a french manicure? Because My names are naturally long so I was thinking my nails should can pull off being long, without looking disgusting. Soo yeah.Acrylic nails or Regular French Mani?
it depends.


if you only want it for a short term use, definately go with the regular french mani.


otherwise, for long time wear, try the acrylic.


but although acrylic looks best, it takes alot to keep them looking nice.

You can get an acrylic overlay over your own nails, but you may want to consider getting pink and white gel nails--it looks like a french mani but there is no worries about chipping the white part (which always happens with polish) You don't want nails that are TOO long, either with acrylic or natural--long nails are germ factories.





Those chicks walking around with those Frito-Lay fingernails; ten-to-one if I did a swab underneath their nails I'd find more gross staphylococcus bacteria than you could shake a stick at.
Hi I am a nail tech......If your nails are long, and Strong than you should just polish them (french manicure). If your nails split, break, or just thin you might want to put acrylic nails on.


If you go with acrylic nails you have to get a fill very 2 weeks so it's really up you and how much time, and money you want to spend to keep your nails looking good. One more thing it also depends on the look you want and what you like best!!!!!
Go with just the manicure. It won't ruin your nails and looks just like the acrylics it is amazing. also it can last longer if you buy the pain from a store to do touch ups. :)


Also no irritation and bothersome things on your nails that will make you want to bit them off.


Another thing is the acrylics fall off alot of the time so the nails look crazy for along time then they look good.
ahhh im trying to workout the exact same thing.....i think im just gonna go for the regular french manicure...because i like being able to paint my nails different colors, but my nails suck and are so weak and keep breaking so maybe acrylic would be better....but if you have nice nails anyway id def just go with the regular manicure that way you paint them and they wont look fake or trashy..
well evenually u use acrylic nails for french tip to u noe but just ask them if u want to just paint your nails like a frnch tip because your nails will get verry thin if u put fake nails and they will make hang nails trust me i tried
well acrylic nails might ruin your nails and since you have long nails then a french mani probably look good and it might be cheaper....



Go with a french manicure. Looks much classier than acrylics.
i reckon french nails will look hot - theyre simple but look stunning and high-class and they suit everything! =]
