Will mineral oil lift acrylic nails?

Maria has been doing my nails for six years and I have never had problems. This time, half my nails have lifted within a week. The only thing different I have been doing is useing mineral oil instead of lotion to combate dry skin. I don't believe she is doing anything different.Will mineral oil lift acrylic nails?
Most oil based products loosens glue.
